📋 1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal details to play our games. The data described below is collected automatically through the device and third-party SDKs.

• Operate and maintain the game (e.g., tracking completed levels and coins).
• Diagnose crashes and improve app stability.
• Understand aggregate player behavior to improve game design and difficulty balancing.
• Deliver and measure advertising campaigns through third-party ad networks.
• Verify in-app purchase transactions.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your data for purposes beyond those listed above.

📢 3. Advertising

SpotyPloty may display ads provided by third-party advertising networks. These networks may use your Advertising ID to show you relevant ads and to measure ad effectiveness.

Opting out of personalized ads:

• iOS: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track". You can also reset your Advertising Identifier under Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
• Android: Go to Settings → Privacy → Ads and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization". You can also reset your Advertising ID from the same menu.

When you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be tailored to your interests.

💰 4. In-App Purchases

SpotyPloty offers optional in-app purchases (such as coin packs used to buy hints). All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

We receive only a transaction confirmation and a receipt token to verify that the purchase was successful and to credit your in-game coins accordingly.

Purchase history is managed by the respective store platform. Please refer to Apple's or Google's privacy policy for information about how they handle your payment data.

🔗 5. Social Sharing Features

SpotyPloty includes optional sharing features that let you challenge friends:

• Share my score — generates a branded image with your solve stats and a still frame from the level's animated scene. No personal data is embedded in the image.
• Challenge with clip — shares the level's ~10-second animated scene as a video clip along with your solve time.

All sharing is fully opt-in and is done through your device's native share sheet (Messages, WhatsApp, Instagram, X, etc.). We do not have access to your contacts list or social accounts. We do not automatically post anything on your behalf.

The only data shared is the game-generated image or video clip — no personal identifiers are included in shared content.

🗂️ 7. Data Retention

Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or aggregated in a form that can no longer be associated with any device.

Crash logs are retained for up to 90 days.

Purchase verification receipts are retained for as long as necessary to validate and support purchases, and no longer than required by applicable law.

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data profile to delete.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA). These include:

• Right to know — request information about what data we or our third-party partners hold about your device.
• Right to deletion — request deletion of any data associated with your Advertising ID.
• Right to opt out — opt out of personalized advertising at any time via your device settings (see Section 3).
• Right to reset — reset your Advertising Identifier in your device settings, which effectively de-links historical data from future data.

🧒 9. Children's Privacy

SpotyPloty is a movie-guessing game intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions).

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has inadvertently provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at papagamesstudio@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
